Brian Bailey is one of a very small set of real estate brokers on the California Central Coast (Santa Barbara, Ventura and San Luis Obispo Counties) that can truly say that they have made a successful, long-term career in brokering local multifamily property. He is one of the most active and productive real estate brokers in this market niche and has been since the beginning of his career in 1979. He graduated from UCSB with honors in 1977 with a B.A. degree in English literature.
He has been exposed to multifamily property business his entire life. His parents began investing in multifamily property in the early 1960s and put together a respectable portfolio that was their main financial resource in retirement.
Brian and his wife own and operate multifamily property personally. This is important in that, not only does he understand financial aspects of multifamily property ownership, he understands the day to day aspects of operations - dealing with people and materials.
